Returns Policy

Not totally satisfied with your purchase? We want to make it right. That's why returns to stillediting.com can be made according to our return policy. We do not offer exchanges or refunds, however; returns are refunded via store credit. Returns are processed within 7- 10 business days after your items are delivered and received by us.

Additional information: For returns, please make sure to package each order separately. If more than one item is packaged together, the processing time for applying the credit will be longer. Items must be new and unworn to be eligible for a return. Upon the return of the item, you will receive a credit for the cost of the item  Here’s how:

 

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Items purchased between December 15- January 1, can be returned for a full refund – with a receipt – until January 30, 2024.

Items purchased before December 15, 2023, and after January 1, 2024 will be subject to our regular return policy (up to 30 days with a receipt for a store credit equal to the cost of the item (not including shipping).

 

*The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

•  Worn items & Up-Cycled items

•  Face masks, eye-masks,  bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments & accessories – due to hygienic reasons.

 

IMPORTANT! To have your refund processed efficiently, please make sure to include the date of purchase, email and order number.

 

We reserve the right not to resell returned merchandise.
